The invention provides a full-built-in hydraulic tamping hammer with the variable length, and relates to soil squeezing and hole forming construction equipment. The full-built-in hydraulic tamping hammer comprises a hammer body and a power assembly, wherein the hammer body comprises an upper hammer body, an upper limiting piece, a middle hammer body, a lower limiting piece and a lower hammer bodywhich are sequentially connected from top to bottom; the power assembly is arranged in the middle hammer body and comprises a hydraulic cylinder; a cylinder barrel of the hydraulic cylinder is fixed between the upper limiting piece and the lower limiting piece; an upper buffering cushion is arranged between the upper end of the cylinder barrel and the upper limiting piece; a lower buffering cushion is arranged between the lower end of the cylinder barrel and the lower limiting piece; a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is arranged downwards and extends out of the lower limiting piece to beconnected with a hammer core; and the hammer body is divided into the upper hammer body, the middle hammer body and the lower hammer body, the buffering cushions are arranged at the upper end and thelower end of the power assembly, the power assembly is arranged in the middle hammer body, and the hammer core reciprocates in the lower hammer body. The middle hammer body, the upper hammer body andthe lower hammer body are connected to form the full-closed hydraulic tamping hammer, and the purposes of reducing vibration and noise caused by too large penetration of the hammer body and improvingthe reliability of a power head are achieved.
