The invention relates to a roof integral lifting system and method. The roof integral lifting system comprises lifting devices, lifting device fixing platforms and a roof beam reinforcing structure, the circumferential edges of the roof beam reinforcing structure penetrate through the positions, close to a roof, of the tops of walls and extend outwards to form outward-extending parts, blocking edges used for limiting the circumferential edges of the roof are further fixedly arranged on the outward-extending parts, inclined struts used for supporting the inner surface of the roof are further arranged on the positions, in the walls, of the roof beam reinforcing structure, the inclined struts comprise supporting rods and supporting plates, the lifting devices are hydraulic lifting devices andcomprise hydraulic cylinders and lifting ropes, and lifting hooks are arranged at one ends of the lifting ropes; and the system further comprises a computer control system. Lifting rings matched withthe lifting hooks are further arranged on the blocking edges, the number of the lifting rings is the same as that of the lifting hooks, and the arrangement positions of all the lifting rings correspond to those of the lifting hooks up and down in the vertical direction. The roof integral lifting system can be suitable for lifting the roof with low structural strength and is wide in application range.
