The invention discloses a protection device for an underground original pipeline and a construction method thereof. The protection device comprises an upper bent frame, a U-shaped hanging bracket, a vertical supporting frame and supporting piers, wherein each supporting pier comprises a concrete body arranged on the outer side of an upper opening line of a foundation pit; two pairs of supporting piers are arranged; the upper bent frame comprises a bent rod and a first connecting rod; the U-shaped hanging bracket is fixedly arranged on the first connecting rod and extends to the bottom end of the first connecting rod; the pipeline is in lap joint to the U-shaped hanging bracket; the vertical supporting frame comprises a supporting rod and a second connecting rod; and the bottom end of the supporting rod is inserted in the pit bottom of the foundation pit. The pipeline is protected through a suspension method. The technical problem that for protection of the underground pipeline in the foundation pit, due to the fact that temporary supporting cannot be conducted through surrounding buildings, the underground pipeline in the foundation pit cannot be protected is solved. The protectiondevice has the beneficial effects of being safe, reliable, convenient to dismount and mount, high in cyclic utilization rate, capable of saving land, civilized and environment-friendly, has very goodpopularization and practical value and is wide in application range.
本发明公开了一种用于地下原有管线的保护装置及其施工方法，包括上部排架、U型吊架、竖向支撑架和支撑墩，支撑墩包括设置在基坑上口线外侧的混凝土主体，支撑墩设置两对，上部排架包括排杆以及连接杆一，U型吊架固定设置在连接杆一上且伸至连接杆一底端，管线搭接在U型吊架上，竖向支撑架包括支撑杆以及连接杆二，支撑杆的底端插入基坑坑底。利用了悬吊的方法对管线进行了保护。解决了对于基坑内地下管线的保护，由于无法利用周边建筑物进行临时支撑，因此无法对基坑内地下管线进行保护的技术问题。安全可靠、拆装方便、循环使用率高、节约用地和文明环保的特点，有很好的推广和实用价值，适用范围广。
