The underground intelligent water-saving infiltrating irrigation and drainage system comprises a water supply device, a filtering device, an infiltrating irrigation device, a detection device and a control device. A water outlet of the water supply device is connected with a water inlet ofthe filtering device; the infiltrating irrigation device comprises an infiltrating irrigation net pipe and a fertilizer and water mixing box; the infiltrating irrigation net pipe is connected with a water outlet of the filtering device; a water inlet of the fertilizer and water mixing box is connected with a water outlet of the filtering device, and a water outlet of the fertilizer and water mixing box is connected with a water inlet of the infiltrating irrigation net pipe; and a water outlet of the infiltrating irrigation net pipe is correspondingly connected with the water supply device andthe fertilizer-water mixing box. A circulating pipeline is arranged among the water supply device, the infiltrating irrigation net pipe and the fertilizer and water mixing box, so that the water supply function and the fertilizer and water irrigation function are combined, and the practicability is higher; automatic control can be conveniently carried out through a control device, the irrigation water amount is more conveniently controlled, and irrigation water is saved; and in addition, a drainage assembly with water storage and drainage functions is further arranged, the water storage, drainage and waterlogging prevention functions are improved, and the situation that excessive rainwater deposits in planting areas and affects planted crops is avoided.
