The invention discloses a preparation method of a silicon oxide ceramic core, belonging to a preparation method of a ceramic core. The invention aims to solve the problems of low firing bending strength and poor high-temperature performance of conventional silicon oxide ceramic cores. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, uniformly mixing paraffin and beewax to obtain a plasticizer; 2, uniformly stirring 70-80 parts by mass of quartz glass powder, 6-12 parts by mass of zirconium silicate powder and 6-10 parts by mass of cristobalite powder, and carrying out heat preservationtreatment to obtain ceramic slurry; 3, adding the ceramic slurry into the molten plasticizer, and conducting uniform stirring to obtain a ceramic mixture; and 4, adding the ceramic mixture into a mold, and carrying out pressing and sintering treatment to obtain the silicon oxide ceramic core. According to the silicon oxide ceramic core, the quartz glass powder is used as a matrix, the cristobalite powder and zirconium silicate powder are used as additives, the paraffin and the beewax are used as plasticizers, and a mold pressing method is employed to prepare the silicon oxide ceramic core; and the bending strength of the silicon oxide ceramic core is high, and the high-temperature deflection of the core is reduced.
一种氧化硅陶瓷型芯的制备方法,本发明涉及一种陶瓷型芯的制备方法,它为了解决现有氧化硅陶瓷型芯烧成抗弯强度低、高温性能差的问题。制备方法:一、将石蜡和蜂蜡混合均匀,得到增塑剂;二、按质量份数将70~80份石英粉玻璃粉、6~12份硅酸锆粉和6~10份方石英粉搅拌均匀,保温处理得到陶瓷浆料;三、将陶瓷浆料加入到熔化的增塑剂中搅拌均匀,得到陶瓷混合料;四、将陶瓷混合料加入到模具中进行压制,烧结处理,得到氧化硅陶瓷型芯。本发明氧化硅陶瓷型芯中以石英玻璃粉为基体,以方石英和硅酸锆粉作为添加剂,石蜡和蜂蜡为增塑剂,利用模压法制备了氧化硅陶瓷型芯,抗弯强度较高,降低型芯的高温挠度。
