The invention discloses a transfer device for fabricated externally-hung wallboards. The transfer device comprises a bottom plate, a main plate, a limiting plate, servo motors, main rotating wheels, rotating wheel belts and rolling wheels. Fixing rods are fixedly connected to one ends of the rotating wheel belts, supporting rods are movably connected to the two sides of the rolling wheels, first sliding grooves are formed in the upper surface of the main plate, movable plates are movably connected into the first sliding grooves, sliding rails are arranged on the surfaces of the movable plates,and clamping blocks are fixedly connected to the two sides of the sliding rails. The transfer device for the fabricated externally-hung wallboards has the main advantages that when the transfer device for the fabricated externally-hung wallboards is used, the heights of second connecting plates can be controlled through lifting rods, and the wallboards with different heights can be better fixed conveniently; and the transfer device can adapt to the wallboards with different lengths by sliding opposite sliding seats, when the main rotating wheels bundle the rotating wheel belts, the rotating wheel belts bundle to drive the fixing rods to ascend so as to lift the main plate, and therefore the wallboards on the main plate are lifted.
