The molar ratio of barium carbonate (BaCO3) to zirconium oxide (ZrO2) to tin oxide (SnO2) in the Ba-Zr-Sn base material is 1: (0.2-0.6): 4. The modifier is a mixture of four oxides, namely CuO, CaCO3, Nb2O5 and La2O3, and the mass percentage of the modifier is 1.5%-14% of that ofthe Ba-Zr-Sn base material. Through detection, the prepared low-temperature co-fired microwave ceramic dielectric material has relatively low loss, namely a relatively high Q value, a near-zero and serialized frequency temperature coefficient, a moderate dielectric constant and good process stability.
