Stitched flexible nano thermal insulation material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a stitched flexible nano thermal insulation material and a preparation method thereof. The material is a stitched flexible nano thermal insulation material which is stitched in an up-and-down penetrating manner based on a grid type layout. Nano-powder, ceramic fibers and an infrared opacifying agent are used as main raw materials, and a rigid nano thermal insulation material is obtained through mixing, dispersing, assembling and pressing. The pressed rigid nano thermal insulation material is used as a core layer material, a flexible coating body is used as an outer layer panel, high-temperature-resistant fiber lines are used as sewing lines, the material is sequentially coated in a grid type layout sewing mode according to the sequence of a panel, a core layer anda panel, and finally the stitched flexible nano thermal insulation material is obtained. The material prepared by the method has good distortion resistance and heat insulation performance, and has a wide application prospect in the fields of heat insulation, heat preservation and the like in the future.
