The invention discloses a ceramsite concrete light partition board which comprises 25%-35% of ceramsite, 45%-57% of cement, 11%-21% of coal ash and 1.6%-2.4% of a foaming agent, and further provides apreparation method of the ceramsite concrete light partition board, wherein the preparation method comprises the steps: (1) material selection: weighing the four ingredients in proportion; (2) stirring: putting the ingredients weighed in proportion into a stirrer, adding water, and stirring for 2-3 minutes; (3) manufacturing: putting the stirred concrete into a mold, placing a steel wire mesh, and finishing and flattening; and (4) demolding: according to the environment temperature and demolding operation rules, mastering the proper demolding time, demolding, cutting and forming after demolding for 48 hours, and maintaining for 28 days. The water consumption and the foaming agent consumption are strictly controlled, so that the ceramsite is uniformly distributed, and the strength of the whole wall surface is uniform.
