Cr2AlC/MXene composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a preparation method of a Cr2AlC/MXene composite material. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of metal ceramic MAX: mixing M, Al and C powder, and carrying out high-temperature pressureless sintering to obtain a block, wherein M is a transition metal; (2) preparation of MXene: grinding the MAX block prepared in the step (1) into powder, corroding thepowder with a hydrochloric acid and lithium fluoride mixed solution or hydrofluoric acid, washing the corrosion product with clear water multiple times, putting the washed corrosion product into a vacuum drying oven, and drying into powder to obtain MXene powder; and (3) preparation of Cr2AlC/MXene composite material: mixing the MXene powder prepared in the step (2) with Cr2AlC ceramic powder, putting the mixture into a ball milling tank, adding absolute ethyl alcohol, carrying out wet mixing, and drying the mixed material by using a rotary evaporator to obtain the Cr2AlC/MXene composite material. According to the invention, multiple layers of MXene which are originally produced in a water environment are compounded with a Cr2AlC material to form the Cr2AlC/Mxene composite material, so that the bending strength and the fracture toughness of the Cr2AlC/Mxene composite material are remarkably improved, and the mechanical property of the Cr2AlC/Mxene composite material is excellent.
本发明涉及一种Cr2AlC/MXene复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)金属陶瓷MAX的制备:将M、Al、C粉末混合,通过高温无压烧结制得块体,所述M为过渡金属;(2)MXene的制备:将步骤(1)中制得的MAX块体磨粉,使用盐酸与氟化锂混合液或氢氟酸腐蚀,多次清水洗涤腐蚀产物,然后放入真空干燥箱中干燥成粉末得到MXene粉体;(3)Cr2AlC/MXene复合材料的制备:经步骤(2)中制得的MXene粉体与Cr2AlC陶瓷粉体进行混合,放入球磨罐中,加入无水乙醇湿混,再将混过的料采用旋转蒸发仪干燥,即得。该材料将原本在水环境中生产的多层MXene与Cr2AlC材料复合起来,形成Cr2AlC/Mxene复合材料,Cr2AlC/Mxene复合材料弯曲强度、断裂韧性显著提高,力学性能优异。
