Circular track bolt pre-burying method
The invention discloses a circular track bolt pre-burying method. The method includes the steps that on the whole, a positioning mold is firstly manufactured; then measurement and positioning are carried out; an axis is determined; then a bolt center coordinate point is measured and marked; then a supporting system is fixed, and the positioning mold is assembled; then drilling, bolt penetrating and elevation determining are carried out; and finally in-place correction and in-place welding are carried out. According to the circular track bolt pre-burying method, during the installation of a circular track on a ring beam at a high position, one section of the ring beam is used as a test section, so that the ring beam can be properly adjusted when unpredictable factors are found, experience is summarized to facilitate subsequent construction and meet the total construction period requirements; and meanwhile, the arrangement of the positioning mold and holes formed in the mold are accurately measured, so that the fixation of bolts is ensured, and the auxiliary fixation of the circular track is further ensured.
本发明公开一种圆形轨道螺栓的预埋方法。整体上,先进行定位模具的制作,之后测量定位,确定轴线,然后测出螺栓中心坐标点,并作出标记,之后固定支撑体系、拼装定位模具,之后钻孔,穿螺栓、定标高,最后就位校正、就位焊接。在对处于高位的环梁进行圆形轨道的安装中,以环梁其中一段作为试验段,以便发现不可预见因素时可适当调整,总结经验便于后续施工保证总工期要求。同时,定位模具的设置以及模具上开孔均通过精准测量,保证螺栓的固定,进而保证对圆形轨道的辅助固定。
