The invention relates to the technical field of equipment civil engineering foundation construction, in particular to an equipment foundation bolt pre-embedding method based on BIM and GIS technologies, and the method comprises the steps: downloading actual data information, generated by the GIS technology, of the landform of a construction site, and carrying out the building of a construction content model through the BIM technology; the GIS export site model and the BIM model are subjected to fitting deviation correction by means of Navisworks software, and then are converted into coordinate information by using the GIS system, and the coordinate information is imported into a positioning robot, so that a GIS positioning robot positioning system is formed; the embedded bolts are fixed through a fixing anchor frame, and positioning and mounting are conducted through a GIS positioning robot; and after the GIS positioning robot is positioned and installed, grouting is conducted through a grouting system, the fixed anchor frame is removed after grouting is completed, and setting of the embedded foundation bolts is completed. The installation and arrangement precision of the embedded foundation bolt is greatly improved, the construction cost and the rework rate are reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
