Preparation method of unidirectional fiber bundle reinforced ZrB2-SiC composite material
The invention belongs to a preparation technology of a fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite material, and relates to a preparation method of a unidirectional fiber bundle reinforced ZrB2-SiC composite material. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, placing carbon fiber or silicon carbide fiber bundles in a deposition furnace in parallel in one direction, depositing an interface layer, then uniformly mixing the two precursors, dipping the fiber bundles with the interface layer deposited into the mixed precursor, then placing the dipped fiber bundles into a tube furnace, carrying out high-temperature treatment, and then repeating the dipping step so as to obtain the carbon fiber/silicon carbide composite material, and obtaining the composite material with different density,using a chemical vapor deposition process to deposit a coating, and obtaining the fiber bundle reinforced ZrB2-SiC ceramic matrix composite with the surface containing the sealing layer. The method is simple in process, short in period and high in designability.
本发明属于纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料的制备技术,涉及一种单向纤维束增强ZrB2‑SiC复合材料的制备方法。该方法中,首先将碳纤维或者碳化硅纤维束单向平行放置于沉积炉中,沉积界面层,然后将两种前驱体混合均匀,并将沉积界面层后的纤维束浸渍于混合前驱体中,随后将浸渍后的纤维束放置于管式炉中,高温处理,随后重复浸渍步骤,得到不同致密度的复合材料,随后采用化学气相沉积工艺沉积涂层,得到表面含封闭层的纤维束增强ZrB2‑SiC陶瓷基复合材料。该方法工艺简单、周期短、可设计性强。
