The invention relates to a preparation method of a wafer-shaped solid waste-based porous geopolymer pH regulator. The invention belongs to the field of pH regulators. The invention aims to solve the technical problems of low pH buffer capacity and short duration of existing geopolymers used as pH regulators. The method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing an alkali-activated solution; 2, adding solid waste powder into the alkali-activated solution, adding a foaming agent, and continuing stirring until solid waste powder and a foaming agent are uniformly mixed to obtain polymer slurry; 3, dropwise adding the polymer slurry into a preheated oil continuous phase at a constant speed, and conducting curing in a drying oven to obtain a regulator; and 4, removing the residual oil continuous phase on the surface, and conducting drying to obtain the wafer-shaped solid waste-based porous geopolymer pH regulator. According to the method, raw materials are easy to obtain, operation is simple, and the obtained regulator has a high-connectivity pore structure, high pH regulation capability and longer pH regulation time.
一种圆片形固体废弃物基多孔地质聚合物pH调节剂的制备方法。本发明属于pH调节剂领域。本发明的目的是为了解决现有地质聚合物作为pH调节剂pH缓冲能力不高和持续时间不长的技术问题。本发明的方法:一、配制碱激发溶液;二、向碱激发溶液中加入固体废弃物粉体,再加入发泡剂,持续搅拌至混合均匀后,得到聚合物浆料;三、将聚合物浆料逐滴匀速加入到预热后的油类连续相中,置于烘箱中养护,得到调节剂;四、去除表面残留的油类连续相后烘干,得到圆片形固体废弃物基多孔地质聚合物pH调节剂。本发明的方法原料易得,操作简单,所得调节剂具有高连通孔隙结构、高pH调节能力和更长的pH调节时间。
