The invention discloses a method for rapidly and efficiently preparing permanent magnetic ferrite. The method comprises the following steps: (1) burdening and ball-milling; (2) drying and presintering; (3) vibration grinding; (4) secondary ball milling; and (5) compression molding and sintering. The method greatly shortens the ball milling and sintering time of the permanent magnetic ferrite, is simple to operate, lowers production cost, is suitable for industrial large-scale production, and enhances the magnetic properties of the obtained material to a certain extent.
一种快速高效制备永磁铁氧体的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)配料、球磨;(2)干燥、预烧;(3)振磨;(4)二次球磨;(5)压制成型、烧结。本发明极大的缩短了永磁铁氧体球磨和烧结时间,操作简单,降低了生产成本,适于工业化大规模生产,所得材料的磁学性能还有一定提升。
