The method comprises the following steps: (1) burdening and ball-milling; (2) drying and presintering; (3) vibration grinding; (4) secondary ball milling; and (5) compression molding and sintering. The method greatly shortens the ball milling and sintering time of the permanent magnetic ferrite, is simple to operate, lowers production cost, is suitable for industrial large-scale production, and enhances the magnetic properties of the obtained material to a certain extent.
