The invention relates to the field of magnetic materials, and discloses a method for preparing permanent magnetic ferrite from low-purity high-silicon iron red and the permanent magnetic ferrite. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing iron oxide red and strontium carbonate as main materials according to a molar ratio of (5.8-6.4): 1, with the purity of the iron oxide red being 98-99 wt% and the SiO2 content of the iron oxide red being 0.2-0.5 wt%, uniformly mixing, and pre-sintering to form a permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintered material; (2) coarsely crushing the pre-sintered material, adding an additive, steel balls and water, and carrying out ball milling to obtain slurry; and (3) filtering the slurry in the step (2), performing compression molding, preparing a blank, and performing secondary sintering to obtain the permanent magnetic ferrite. According to the invention, iron oxide red with low purity and high silicon content is used for preparing the permanent magnet, so that the raw material range of the ferrite permanent magnet is widened; the method has the characteristics of simple preparation and raw material purification process saving.
本发明涉及磁性材料领域,公开了一种低纯高硅铁红制备永磁铁氧体的方法及永磁铁氧体。本发明的制备方法包括:(1)将氧化铁红与碳酸锶作为主料按5.8‑6.4:1的摩尔比混合,其中氧化铁红的纯度为98%~99wt%,氧化铁红中SiO2含量为0.2‑0.5wt%,混合均匀后进行预烧形成永磁铁氧体预烧料;(2)将预烧料粗粉碎,加入添加剂、钢球和水进行球磨,获得料浆;(3)将步骤(2)中的料浆过滤压制成型,制成毛坯进行二次烧结,获得永磁铁氧体。本发明使用了纯度较低且含有较高硅含量的铁红制备永磁体,拓宽了铁氧体永磁体的原料范围;具有制备简单,节省原料提纯工艺的特点。
