The invention discloses a rotating table mechanism of a tree-shaped telescopic guide rail type stereo garage. The mechanism comprises a first driving source, a sliding plate assembly, a second drivingsource, a rotating base, a movable guide rail and a telescopic arm. The second driving source can drive the rotating base to rotate to be parallel to the side face, on which fixed guide rails are located, of the stereo garage, a third driving source is arranged on the rotating base, the third driving source can drive the movable guide rail to move to the fixed guide rails relative to the rotatingbase, a fourth driving source is arranged on the rotating base, and the fourth driving source can drive the telescopic arm to move and drive vehicle carrying plates to move into the fixed guide rails. Compared with the prior art, the sliding plate assembly ascends or descends along the stereo garage, then the rotating base rotates to be parallel to the side face, on which the fixed guide rails are located, of the stereo garage, then the movable guide rail moves to the fixed guide rails relative to the rotating base, the telescopic arm moves and drives the vehicle carrying plates to move intothe fixed guide rails, and thus vehicle entering and exiting are achieved.
