The invention discloses a method for pretreating phosphogypsum by using steel slag. According to the invention, the method opens up a new way for comprehensive utilization of ardealite waste residuesand steel slag waste materials, and is simple in operation process, low in operation cost and good in impurity removal and whitening effect; less water is used, and less harm is caused to the environment and human bodies; the steel slag waste is fully utilized, and the purpose of solid waste utilization is achieved. Specifically, active lime in steel slag is used for neutralizing the acidity of phosphogypsum to reduce the content of compounds such as P, F and the like in the phosphogypsum, sulfuric acid pickling is conducted to remove compounds of impurities such as soluble silicon, aluminum,iron, fluorine, potassium and the like contained in the phosphogypsum, the two components are mixed according to a set proportion to completely sink the phosphogypsum filter residues into steel slag filtrate, and further drying and dehydrating are performed in an oven to remove a small amount of organic impurities in the phosphogypsum so as to obtain the semi-hydrated phosphogypsum which is relatively pure and relatively high in whiteness.
本发明公开了一种利用钢渣预处理磷石膏的方法。本发明为磷石膏废渣和钢渣废料的综合利用开辟了新途径,操作工艺简单,操作成本低,除杂增白效果好;较少用水量,对环境及人体伤害较少;充分利用钢渣废料,达到固废利用的目的。具体的:本发明利用钢渣中的活性石灰中和磷石膏的酸性,降低磷石膏中P、F等化合物的含量,硫酸酸洗去除磷石膏中含有的可溶性硅、铝、铁、氟、钾等杂质的化合物,并按设定的比例将二者混合,可使磷石膏滤渣充分沉侵于钢渣滤液,最后烘箱进一步的干燥脱水后去除磷石膏中的少量的有机物杂质,从而得到较为纯净,白度较高的半水磷石膏。
