The steel slag is divided into different particle size ranges, the steel slag in the different particle size ranges is treated respectively, the fineness modulus of the steel slag is adjusted, meanwhile, the content of overall free calcium oxide is reduced, and the problem of engineering potential safety hazards caused by too large material volume expansion due to slow hydration reaction of the free calcium oxide in water is solved.
本发明涉及一种钢渣处理技术领域,是一种堆存并预处理热闷钢渣方法,按照下述方法进行:将热闷后的钢渣经过磁选以后,置入钢渣堆场堆存,在钢渣内预埋通气管,通入热闷钢渣产生的余热蒸汽,当蒸汽量不足时,采用喷水设施使钢渣表层处于湿润状态。本发明通过将钢渣分为不同粒径范围,对不同粒径范围的钢渣进行分别处理,调整钢渣的细度模数,同时降低整体游离氧化钙的含量,减低因游离氧化钙遇水缓慢发生水合反应使材料体积膨胀过大造成的工程安全隐患的问题。
