The invention provides a preparation method of a black zirconium oxide pigment. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing color former powder: mixing ferric nitrate nonahydrate and cobalt nitrate hexahydrate, heating for melting, and carrying out pyrolysis cooling to obtain a color former CFO powder; S2, coating layer preparing: dispersing and stirring the CFO powder, absolute ethyl alcohol and xylene; adding zirconium isopropoxide and stirring to obtain a first mixture; dropwise adding a solvent, which is a mixture of water and ethanol, into the first mixture under the conditions of heating, stirring and reflux condensation, and pyrolyzing an obtained second mixture to obtain black zirconium oxide pigment powder. The invention further provides a preparation method of black zirconium oxide ceramic, and a degreasing step S3 and a sintering step S4 are added on the basis of the method to obtain the black zirconium oxide ceramic. According to the black zirconia pigment and the preparation method of the ceramic, the ceramic is uniform in color, volatilization of a color former is effectively inhibited, and good mechanical properties are achieved.
本发明提供了一种黑色氧化锆色料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、发色剂粉体制备:将九水合硝酸铁和六水合硝酸钴进行混合,加热熔化并进行热解降温后得到发色剂CFO粉体。S2、涂层制备:将所述CFO粉体、无水乙醇和二甲苯,分散搅拌后;加入异丙醇锆并搅拌得到第一混合物;于加热、搅拌及冷凝回流条件下,在所述第一混合物中滴加溶剂,所述溶剂为水和乙醇的混合物,将所述第二混合物进行热解后得到黑色氧化锆色料粉体。本发明还提供了一种黑色氧化锆陶瓷的制备方法,在上述方法基础上增加S3脱脂步骤和S4烧结步骤,得到黑色氧化锆陶瓷。本发明的黑色氧化锆色料及陶瓷的制备方法,其陶瓷颜色均匀,有效抑制了发色剂的挥发,且具有良好的力学性能。
