The invention discloses an anchor rod stressometer structure with shear capacity and a mounting method of the anchor rod stressometer structure, and belong to the field of geotechnical engineering. The anchor rod stressometer structure comprise an anchor rod stressometer and a steel sleeve, the steel sleeve is divided into two types, namely a mother sleeve and a son sleeve, the mother sleeve of the steel sleeve is mounted at the end, in the wire outlet direction, of the anchor rod stressometer, the son sleeve of the steel sleeve is installed at the end, opposite to the wire outlet direction, of the anchor rod stressometer, the mother sleeve and the son sleeve are both of a reducing structure, female threads are turned inside the large-diameter end of the mother sleeve of the steel sleeve,and male threads are turned outside the large-diameter end of the son sleeve of the steel sleeve. The steel sleeve of the anchor rod stressometer structure does not affect axial force transmission between an anchor rod and the anchor rod stressometer and can further transmit shearing force possibly borne by the anchor rod stressometer to a stress anchor rod reinforcing steel bar, so that a sensorpart of the anchor rod stressometer is protected against deformation, the situation that a real measured value is affected after the anchor rod stressometer is sheared and bent is avoided, and in addition, a wire outlet of the anchor rod stressometer can be protected. The mounting method is simple, high in operability and remarkable in economic benefit.
本发明公开了一种具有抗剪能力锚杆应力计结构及其安装方法,属于岩土工程领域,其包括锚杆应力计和钢套筒,所述钢套筒分母筒、子筒两个型号,钢套筒母筒安装在锚杆应力计出线方向一端,钢套筒子筒安装在锚杆应力计出线方向反向一端,均为变径结构,且钢套筒母筒较大直径一端内部车成阴螺纹,钢套筒子筒较大直径一端外部车成阳螺纹。该结构的钢套筒不会影响锚杆与锚杆应力计的轴向力传递,还可以将锚杆应力计自身可能承受的剪力传导至应力锚杆钢筋之上,从而保护锚杆应力计传感器部位不受变形,避免因为锚杆应力计受剪弯曲后影响真实测值,另外还可以保护锚杆应力计出线口。本发明的安装方法简单,可操作性强,经济效益显著。
