The invention discloses a prestressed anchor rod anti-floating structure. The prestressed anchor rod anti-floating structure comprises a prestressed anchor rod and a basement bottom plate, the prestressed anchor rod comprises an anchor rod body and a rib body located in the anchor rod body, the lower end of the rib body is fixed to the lower portion of the anchor rod body, and a prestress transmission device is arranged at the top end of the anchor rod body; the prestress transmission device comprises a first plate component, a second plate component and a connecting piece for connecting the first plate component and the second plate component, the second plate component is located on the upper portion of the first plate component; an anchorage device is arranged on the upper portion of the second plate component, the rib body penetrates through the first plate component and the second plate component, and the top end of the rib body is fixedly connected with the anchorage device; andthe top ends of the prestress transmission device, the anchorage device and the rib body are all contained in the basement bottom plate. The prestressed anchor rod anti-floating structure has the characteristics of being simple and convenient to construct and good in economical efficiency, tensioning holes do not need to be formed in the basement bottom plate, the construction progress is improvedadvantageously, and basement bottom plate leakage is prevented.
