The invention discloses a prestressed anchor rod anti-floating structure. The prestressed anchor rod anti-floating structure comprises a prestressed anchor rod and a basement bottom plate, the prestressed anchor rod comprises an anchor rod body and a rib body located in the center of the anchor rod body, and a tensioning structure is arranged at the top end of the anchor rod body; the lower end ofthe rib body is fixed to the lower part of the anchor rod body, and a hollow cavity extending along the axis of the anchor rod body is arranged on the upper part of the anchor rod body; the upper part of the rib body penetrates out of the hollow cavity and is fixedly connected with the tensioning structure, and a gap is formed between the hollow cavity and the rib body; and an anchoring structureis further arranged above the tensioning structure, the anchoring structure is located in the basement bottom plate, and the top of the rib body is fixedly connected with the anchoring structure. Theinvention further relates to a construction method of the prestressed anchor rod anti-floating structure. The prestressed anchor rod anti-floating structure has the advantages of being simple and convenient to construct and good in economical efficiency, tensioning holes do not need to be formed in the basement bottom plate, the construction progress can be improved, and basement bottom plate leakage is prevented.
