Rock foundation excavation equipment for municipal pipeline installation
The invention discloses a rock foundation excavation equipment for municipal pipeline installation. The equipment comprises a supporting frame. Wheels are installed at the bottom of the supporting frame, and a driving mechanism and a cutting mechanism are arranged on the supporting frame. The cutting mechanism comprises a plurality of cutting blade sets which are sequentially arranged from front to back, and each cutting blade set is installed below a horizontal beam of the supporting frame through a variable suspension with the adjustable length. Each cutting blade set comprises a plurality of circular saw blades which are coaxially fixed, and the circular saw blades included in all the cutting blade sets gradually lessen from front to back. All the cutting blade sets are connected with the driving mechanism through chains, and the driving mechanism drives the cutting blade sets to rotate so as to complete rock cutting. According to the excavation equipment, grooves are cut in rock, and the excavation equipment has the advantages of being small in construction occupied area, lower in noise and vibration compared with rock crushing and easy to operate for workers.
