The invention discloses a construction method of a rock foundation excavation pipe ditch for municipal pipeline installation. The method adopts special excavation equipment, and comprises the following steps of: 1, positioning and delimiting a center line of an excavation groove on a rock according to a design drawing, and determining a groove bottom elevation value every other meter, namely determining a groove depth to be cut at the position; and 2, cutting the rock along the center line of the rock through the excavation equipment, and forming a groove with the side wall in a step shape inthe rock after cutting, wherein the width and depth of the step at the bottommost portion of the groove need to be larger than or equal to the design requirement. According to the excavation equipment, the groove is cut in the rock in a cutting mode, and the excavation equipment has the advantages of being small in construction occupied area, low in noise and vibration compared with rock crushingand easy to operate by workers.
本发明公开了一种市政管道安装用岩石基础开挖管沟的施工方法,采用了专用的开挖设备,包括第一步:在岩石上按照设计图纸定位并划定开挖沟槽的中心线,每隔一米确定一个槽底标高值,也即确定该处需要切割的槽深;第二步:利用开挖设备沿着岩石上的中心线对岩石进行切割,切割后在岩石上形成侧壁呈台阶状的沟槽,并且沟槽最底部的台阶宽度和深度需要大于或等于设计要求。该开挖设备采用切割的方式在岩石上切出沟槽,具有施工占地面积少、与破碎岩石相比噪音小、振动小以及易于工人操作的优势。
