The invention discloses a pipeline in-situ protection automation device related to foundation pit excavation and an installation method. The installation method comprises the steps that S1, a combined steel beam and a motor device are installed above a top beam; s2, intelligent monitoring points are arranged on the pipe gallery, and initial values are collected; s3, after the foundation pit has the excavation condition, the pipeline position is exposed, a groove is manually formed in the bearing installation position below the pipe gallery, and a bearing is installed; s4, penetrating a steel strand rope to connect the bearing and the motor device; s5, earthwork is excavated between the two supports, and a jump excavation mode is adopted; s6, remaining earthwork below the pipe gallery is excavated out; and S7, subsequent foundation pit excavation and structure back-building construction are started, earthwork is excavated downwards, and the device dynamically adjusts and protects the pipe gallery structure to be in a healthy state. According to the system, each motor device is dynamically controlled to automatically tighten or loosen the steel twisted rope, the pipe gallery is dynamically adjusted to be located at the target position, the problems of structural deformation, cracking, damage and the like caused by differential settlement due to the influence of external construction are avoided, and the effect of protecting the pipeline is achieved.
