Preparation method of transparent ceramic backboard applied to 5G solar mobile phone
The invention discloses a preparation method of a transparent ceramic backboard applied to a 5G solar mobile phone. The method comprises the following steps: weighing raw material powder according toa stoichiometric ratio of elements in the molecular formula of a rare earth ion-doped transparent ceramic material, putting the raw material powder, a sintering aid, a solvent and a grinding ball intoa ball-milling tank, and carrying out ball-milling mixing to obtain mixed slurry; drying, sieving and calcining the mixed slurry to obtain raw material powder for gel casting; preparing slurry required by a gel forming system by using the raw material powder, performing vacuum defoaming, injecting obtained slurry into a mobile phone backboard mold, performing gel curing forming at room temperature, demolding a green body, and performing drying; and sequentially subjecting the dried ceramic biscuit to glue discharging, vacuum sintering, precision machining and polishing treatment so as to obtain the transparent ceramic backboard. According to the invention, the material advantages of the ceramic mobile phone backboard and the gel casting characteristics are combined, and the ceramic backboard meeting the requirements of the 5G solar mobile phone backboard for transparency and high solar energy utilization rate is prepared.
本发明公开了一种应用于5G太阳能手机的透明陶瓷背板的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:按照稀土离子掺杂的透明陶瓷材料分子式中各元素的化学计量比称取原料粉体,将原料粉体、烧结助剂、溶剂、磨球放入球磨罐中,球磨混合得混合浆料;混合浆料干燥、过筛、煅烧得到凝胶注模成型的原料粉;使用上述原料粉配制凝胶成型体系所需浆料,真空除泡后注入手机背板模具中,室温下凝胶固化成型,脱模坯体并干燥;将干燥后的陶瓷素坯依次进行排胶、真空烧结、精密加工和抛光处理,得到透明陶瓷背板。本发明结合了陶瓷手机背板的材料优势和凝胶注模成型特点,制备得到满足5G太阳能手机背板所需的透明、高太阳能利用率要求的陶瓷背板。
