本发明涉及铁路工程技术领域，尤其为—种高速铁路底座板粉化整治方法，包括一般粉化表面处理和严重粉化表面处理，处理时均需要先对底座板或者支撑层的基层进行清理，针对粉化的程度不同，采用不同的清理方式，随后针对一般粉化表面和严重粉化表面，分别调配MPC净浆和MPC混凝土，将MPC净浆和MPC混凝土分别喷涂在已处理基层表面，填实基层表面的小坑和裂隙，达到维修养护的目的，MPC修补材料，具有快硬、高早强、粘结性能强等特性，固化速度快，修补效率高，可在较短的“天窗”时间内完成修补，并达到通车要求，在使用时密实度高、封闭性好，对被加固混凝土具有较好的阻止因外部侵蚀而导致继续劣化的作用。
