Method for quickly constructing mine airtight wall
The invention discloses a method for quickly constructing a mine airtight wall. The method includes the steps that anchor rods are respectively embedded in a roadway roof and a roadway bottom plate which need to be sealed at uniform intervals, the anchor rods of the roof and the bottom plate are one-to-one corresponded up and down, and grooves are formed in the lower end of the position where theanchor rods are driven on the roof and the upper part of the position where the anchor rods are driven on the bottom plate; by means of the grooves, U-shaped steel is welded and fixed to the lower ends of the roof anchor rods and the upper ends of the bottom plate anchor rods correspondingly, and the U-shaped steel is just located in the grooves; a first steel channel and a second steel channel are clamped in the grooves of the upper U-shaped steel and the lower U-shaped steel correspondingly, and wood plates are horizontally arranged in the steel channels of the first steel channel and the second steel channel one by one to be fixed to form a wood plate wall through the steel slots of the steel channels; and a grouting pump is used for carrying out guniting sealing treatment on wood platewalls, so that the situation that the wall is airtight is guaranteed. According to the method for quickly constructing the mine airtight wall, the airtight wall construction process is simplified; and compared with an original airtight wall construction method, the construction time is greatly shortened, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种快速构筑矿井密闭墙的方法,在需密闭的巷道顶板和巷道底板内分别均匀间隔镶嵌打设有锚杆,要求顶板和底板的锚杆上下一一对应,在顶板打设锚杆的位置的下端和底板打设锚杆的位置的上部均开设有凹槽;利用凹槽,在顶板锚杆的下端部和底板锚杆的上端部分别焊接固定上U型钢,U型钢刚好处在凹槽内;在上下两个对应U型钢的凹槽内卡接上第一槽钢和第二槽钢,利用槽钢的钢槽,将木板一根根水平置于第一槽钢与第二槽钢的钢槽之内进行固定形成木板墙;利用注浆泵对木板墙进行喷浆密闭处理,确保墙体不透风。本发明简化了密闭墙施工工艺,相比原始密闭墙建造的施工方法,大大的减少了施工时间,极大的提高了施工效率。
