The invention provides a staggered construction and cable adjusting construction method for a stay cable of a wide-width extradosed cable-stayed bridge. A hanging basket is moved to the n + 1 sectionafter cantilever construction of the n section of a main beam is completed, then cable hanging and tensioning of the stay cable of the n section are conducted, thus, the space for cable hanging and tensioning is increased, the process and operation are simple, and the construction efficiency and precision are both improved; the stay cable is installed through a single traction method, stay cable steel strands are tensioned through a single cable penetrating method, a single equivalent method and a single test, the installation precision is improved, the high-altitude operation time is shortened, and special equipment does not need to be invested; the input equipment and personnel are less, the labor intensity is low, and the occupied area is small; and the engineering cost is reduced. Theconstruction method achieves a good effect in construction of engineering example bridge projects, provides a new method, a new technology and new experience for later short tower cable-stayed bridgeconstruction, has similar wide popularization and application values under the same conditions, and is very obvious in economic benefit and social benefit.
本发明提供了宽幅矮塔斜拉桥斜拉索的错位施工及调索工法,通过将主梁的n号节段悬臂施工完毕后即移动挂篮至n+1号节段,然后进行n号节段斜拉索的挂索和张拉,这样增加了挂索和张拉的空间,工序及操作简单,施工效率和精度均提高;且斜拉索安装采用单根牵引法施工,斜拉索钢绞线采用单根穿索、单根等值法张拉、单根测试检查,安装精度提高,减少了高空作业时间,不需投入特殊设备;投入的设备、人员较少,劳动强度低,占用场地小;降低了工程成本;该工法在工程实例桥项目中的施工取得了良好的效果,为以后矮塔斜拉桥施工提供了新方法、新技术、新经验,具有类似同等条件下广泛的推广和应用价值,经济效益和社会效益是十分明显。
