The invention relates to a double-track steel rail nondestructive testing ultrasonic flaw detection instrument which comprises a base and a cleaning device arranged on the upper surface of the base. The invention can solve the following problems: when a nondestructive testing ultrasonic flaw detection instrument is used for flaw detection of a double-track steel rail at present, when the nondestructive testing ultrasonic flaw detection instrument is used for flaw detection of the double-track steel rail in rainy and snowy days, rain and snow can cover the surface of the steel rail, deviation and inaccuracy of flaw detection data of the flaw detection instrument on the steel rail easily occur. If the weather is cold, rain and snow cover the surface of the steel rail and are frozen, so thatthe flaw detection of the flaw detection instrument is influenced, the stable movement of mobile equipment on the steel rail is influenced, and the flaw detection result of the steel rail is also inaccurate; relevant personnel cannot know the actual use condition of the steel rail in detail and cannot repair the place where the steel rail goes wrong in time, and thus the service life of the steelrail is shortened, and potential safety hazards exist.
本发明涉及一种双轨式钢轨无损检测超声波探伤仪器,包括底座与清理装置,底座上表面设置有清理装置。本发明可以解决目前使用无损检测超声波探伤仪器对双轨式钢轨进行探伤检测时,存在以下问题:在雨雪天气使用无损检测超声波探伤仪器对双轨式钢轨进行探伤检测时,雨雪会覆盖在钢轨的表面,使得探伤仪器对钢轨的探伤数据容易出现偏差不精确,而且若是天气寒冷,雨雪覆盖在钢轨表面还会结冰,不仅会影响探伤仪器的探伤检测,还会影响移动设备在钢轨上的稳定移动,同样会导致钢轨的探伤结果不精确,不能使得相关人员详细了解钢轨的实际使用情况,不能对钢轨出现问题的地方进行及时的修复,导致钢轨寿命降低,还会存在安全隐患。
