The invention provides a three-dimensional shock insulation support. The three-dimensional shock insulation support comprises an upper support plate, a lower support plate and multiple support bodieslocated between the upper support plate and the lower support plate, a round cavity is formed in the middle of the lower support plate, a disc is concentrically arranged in the cavity, a round hole isformed in the middle of the upper side wall of the cavity, and a fixed column is arranged in the round hole and fixed to the middle of the disc. Each support body comprises an upper fixed plate, a first friction plate, a second friction plate, a rubber support and a lower fixed plate, all of which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the lower side face of each first friction plate is ina concave spherical shape, the upper side face of each second friction plate is in a convex spherical shape cooperating with the lower side face of the corresponding first friction plate, a limitingring and limiting barrels are further fixed to the lower side face of the upper support plate, and the lower ends of the limiting barrels are lower than the upper ends of the lower fixed plates. An elastic steel plate set is arranged between the fixed column and each limiting barrel. Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the shock insulation effect of the three-dimensional shock insulationsupport is good; the resetting capability is good; and the rubber supports are not prone to being destroyed.
