The embodiment of the invention provides a three-dimensional shock insulation support which comprises a first support and a second support, the first support comprises a base and a sliding seat, the base comprises two first seat plates oppositely arranged in the first direction, and the sliding seat is arranged between the two first seat plates and slidably connected with the two first seat plates. The surfaces, close to the sliding seat, of the two first seat plates are provided with first grooves and second grooves formed by continuously sinking from the bottoms of the first grooves, the sliding seat comprises a second seat plate and two limiting blocks, and the two limiting blocks are connected to the two ends, in the first direction, of the second seat plate and arranged in the two second grooves correspondingly; the second support is used for generating elastic deformation in the first direction and is arranged on the side, away from the sliding base, of the at least one first base plate. According to the three-dimensional shock insulation support provided by the embodiment of the invention, the horizontal shock resistance is improved through multi-stage horizontal fortification, and the three-dimensional shock insulation support has higher beam falling prevention performance and better reliability.
