The invention provides a three-dimensional shock insulation support which comprises one or more friction dampers arranged inside, each friction damper comprises a pre-tightening piece, a threaded piece, two guide pieces and a friction pair arranged between the two guide pieces, and each friction pair comprises a sliding plate and friction parts attached to the two side portions of the sliding plate. The sliding plate can move up and down in the vertical direction, the friction parts are arranged on the inner sides of the guiding pieces, the threaded piece sequentially penetrates through one guiding piece, the friction pair and the other guiding piece, and the pre-tightening piece can be matched with the threaded piece and provide pre-tightening force so that damping can be adjusted by adjusting the friction force between the friction parts and the sliding plate. According to the three-dimensional shock insulation support, damping can be adjusted by changing the friction force between the sliding plate and the friction part, so that the three-dimensional shock insulation support has a better vertical vibration reduction function according to different working condition requirements.
