Recycled aggregate concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides recycled aggregate concrete and a preparation method thereof. The recycled aggregate concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 280 to 300 parts of cement, 160 to 180 parts of water, 120 to 170 parts of fly ash, 140 to 200 parts of modified rubber, 120 to 160 parts of construction waste, 30 to 45 parts of water reducing agent and 20 to 30 parts of mineral admixture. The cement, the fly ash, the modified rubber, the construction waste, the water reducing agent, the water and the mineral admixture in a scientific ratio are selected, and the obtained recycled aggregate concrete has the breaking strength of 3.36-3.57 MPa and the splitting strength of 1.96-2.40 MPa at the 28d age, so that the breaking strength and the splitting strength are excellent, the toughness and the deformation performance are good, and after 100 times of freezing and thawing circulation, the strength of the recycled aggregate concrete is greatly improved. The mass loss rate of the test piece does not exceed 5%, the damage standard is reached, the anti-freezing performance is good, and the requirements are met.
