The invention belongs to the technical field of auxiliary instruments for pavement maintenance and discloses an asphalt heating device for road maintenance. The device comprises a group of support legs which are distributed in a circumferential array, wherein a tank body is fixedly connected to the top faces of the set of supporting legs, a heating cavity and a mixing cavity which are isolated from each other are sequentially formed in the inner wall of the tank body from outside to inside, a spiral heating coil is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the heating cavity, a rotary inner container is rotationally connected to the inner wall of the mixing cavity through a bearing, and an outer wall of the rotary inner container is attached to the heating cavity, the bottom of the tank bodyfixedly communicates with a discharging hopper through a connecting piece, and the axis of the bottom of the discharging hopper fixedly communicates with a discharging pipe; an upper part of the tankbody is fixedly connected with a group of connecting plates distributed in a circumferential array. Through design of the rotary inner container, asphalt heating uniformity can be improved; the magnetic mechanism is matched with the spiral stirring inner sheet and the spiral cleaning outer scraping sheet with magnetic force, so the stirring effect of vertically turning over the asphalt is furtherimproved, and asphalt heating uniformity is improved.
本发明属于路面养护用辅助器械技术领域，且公开了一种道路养护用沥青加热装置。本发明包括一组呈圆周阵列分布的支脚；一组支脚顶面固定连接有罐体，罐体内壁由外至内依次开设有相互隔绝的加热腔和混料腔，加热腔内壁固定安装有螺旋加热盘管，混料腔内壁通过轴承转动连接有旋转内胆，旋转内胆外壁与加热腔相贴合，罐体底部通过连接件固定连通有下料斗，下料斗底部轴心位置固定连通有下料管；罐体上部固定连接有一组呈圆周阵列分布的连接板。本发明通过旋转内胆的设计，能提高沥青加热的均匀性；磁力机构配合具有磁力的螺旋搅拌内片及螺旋清洁外刮片进一步提升对沥青上下翻动的搅拌效果，提高沥青加热的均匀性。
