The invention discloses a preparation method of an alkali liquor-treated ceramsite light concrete block. The ceramsite light concrete block is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 21-31 percent of cement, 10-17 percent of water, 0-8 percent of ceramsite, 7-35 percent of coarse aggregate and 35-37 percent of fine aggregate. Before mixing, the ceramsite is soaked in a sodium hydroxide or calcium hydroxide alkaline solution for 8-12 hours at normal temperature to etch the surface of the ceramsite, so the surface is roughened, and the bonding between the ceramsite andmortar is increased; and thus, the strength of the ceramsite concrete block is improved. The prepared ceramsite concrete block has the advantages of light apparent density, high strength, excellent thermal insulation performance and the like, and has higher economic value and application value.
本发明公开了一种碱液处理陶粒轻型混凝土砌块的制备方法,其制备原料包括以下重量百分比组分:21‑31%水泥、10‑17%水、0‑8%陶粒、7‑35%粗骨料、35‑37%细骨料。在拌合之前,将陶粒在氢氧化钠或氢氧化钙碱溶液常温下浸泡8‑12小时来刻蚀陶粒表面,将表面粗糙化,增大陶粒与砂浆的粘结,从而提高陶粒混凝土砌块的强度。所制备的陶粒混凝土砌块具有表观密度轻、强度高、保温隔热性能优异等优点,具有较高的经济价值与应用价值。
