Preparation method of alkali-solution-treated ceramsite lightweight concrete building block
The present disclosure provides a preparation method of an alkali-solution-treated ceramsite lightweight concrete building block. Raw materials of the preparation method include, by weight percentage, 21-31% cement, 10-17% water, 0-8% ceramsite, 7-35% coarse 5 aggregate, 35-37% fine aggregate. Before mixing, the ceramsite is soaked for 8-12 hours in a sodium hydroxide solution or alcium hydroxide alkali solution at room temperature to etch a surface of the ceramsite so as to roughen the surface and increase the bonding of the ceramsite and mortar, thereby increasing the strength of the ceramsite concrete building block. The prepared ceramsite concrete building block has the advantages of low apparent density, strong 0 strength and good heat insulation, and thus has high economic value and application value.
