Self-healing steel slag cement concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses self-healing steel slag cement concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 245-315 parts of cement, 1000-1200parts of steel slag coarse aggregate, 450-500 parts of machine-made medium sand, 150-250 parts of steel slag sand, 105-135 parts of steel slag powder, 170-200 parts of water, 4-8 parts of a water reducing agent, 20-40 parts of steel fibers and 20-40 parts of glass fibers. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) sequentially adding the steel slag coarse aggregate, the cement, thesteel slag powder, the machine-made medium sand and the steel slag sand into a stirring pot in proportion and uniformly stirring; 2) uniformly stirring a water reducing agent and water, and then adding the mixture into the premixed dry material; and 3) sequentially adding the steel fibers and the glass fibers into the mixture in three times respectively, uniformly stirring the components, and molding and curing the mixture to obtain the self-healing steel slag cement concrete. The self-healing steel slag cement concrete provided by the invention is low in cost, and can effectively realize self-healing of early-stage microcracks of the cement concrete through cohesion provided by steel fiber toughening and crystallization of minerals at glass fiber induced cracks.
本发明公开了一种自愈合钢渣水泥混凝土及其制备方法,该混凝土按重量份数包括如下组分:水泥245‑315份、钢渣粗骨料1000‑1200份、机制中砂450‑500份、钢渣砂150‑250份、钢渣粉105‑135份、水170‑200份、减水剂4‑8份、钢纤维20‑40份、玻璃纤维20‑40份。其制备方法如下:1)按比例将钢渣粗骨料、水泥、钢渣粉、机制中砂和钢渣砂依次加入拌锅搅拌均匀;2)将减水剂和水一起搅拌均匀后加入到上述预混干料中;3)将钢纤维和玻璃纤维各分3次依次加入混合料中拌和均匀后,经成型和养护得到所述的自愈合钢渣水泥混凝土。本发明提出的自愈合钢渣水泥混凝土成本低,且能通过钢纤维增韧提供的内聚力和玻璃纤维诱导裂缝处矿物的结晶化有效实现水泥混凝土的早期微裂纹的自愈合。
