Tunnel down-traversing supporting structure through mine tunneling method in airport areas and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of crossing of tunnel engineering and airport engineering, in particular to a tunnel down-traversing supporting structure through a mine tunneling method in airport areas and a construction method thereof. The supporting structure comprises a to-be-constructed tunnel, a road surface breaking section, a cast-in-situ bored pile foundation, a cover plate cross beam, a pavement layer, a fine aggregate concrete cushion layer and a protective cover plate. The construction method comprises the steps of breaking the road surface of the road surface breakingsection, and then adopting three-axis stirring piles for full reinforcement, wherein in-hole full-section grouting or half-section grouting is adopted in a reinforcement blind area; in the road surface breaking section, arranging the cast-in-situ bored pile foundation, digging a foundation pit, and arranging the cover plate cross beam, the fine aggregate concrete cushion layer, the protective cover plate and the pavement layer; and arranging an arch long pipe shed on the whole section of a tunnel. In this way, the physical and mechanical properties of surrounding rock can be improved, the sedimentation influence of down-traversing tunnel construction on the road surface of an operation taxiway is greatly reduced, personnel and mechanical safety in the down-traversing construction processis guaranteed, and project progress is remarkably accelerated.
本发明涉及隧道工程及机场工程的交叉技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种机场区域矿山法隧道下穿支撑结构及施工方法。所述支撑结构包括:待施工隧道、道路面破除段、钻孔灌注桩基、盖板横梁、铺装层、细石混凝土垫层和防护盖板。所述施工方法包括对道路面破除段的道路面进行破除,然后采用三轴搅拌桩满堂加固,加固盲区采取洞内全断面注浆或者半断面注浆,在道路面破除段内设置钻孔灌注桩基、挖掘基坑、设置盖板横梁、设置细石混凝土垫层、设置防护盖板、设置铺装层,隧道全段设置拱部长管棚。这样能够提高围岩物理力学性能,大幅减小下穿隧道施工对运营滑行道道面沉降产生的影响,保障了下穿施工过程人员和机械安全、显著加快工程进度。
