The invention discloses an underpinning beam jacking method in pile foundation underpinning construction. The underpinning beam jacking method comprises the steps that a plurality of jacks are arranged between an underpinning pile and an underpinning beam; and then the underpinning beam is jacked in a multi-time and successive loading mode by controlling the jacking force of all the jacks till thepreset designed jacking force is achieved, the jacking force of all the jacks in the next jacking process is larger than the jacking force of all the jacks in the previous jacking process, and the jacking force of all the jacks in each jacking process is the same. By the adoption of the underpinning beam jacking method, deformation, displacement and cracks of the underpinning beam can be effectively prevented, the overload problem is avoided, and operability, jacking accuracy, jacking quality and construction safety can be improved.
本发明公开了一种桩基托换施工中的托换梁顶升方法,该方法是在托换桩与托换梁之间装设多个千斤顶;然后通过控制各千斤顶的顶升力,采用分多次并逐次加载的方式顶升所述托换梁,直至达到预设的设计顶升力,各千斤顶在后一次顶升中的顶升力大于在前一次顶升中的顶升力,且在每一次顶升中所有千斤顶的顶升力相同。采用该托换梁顶升方法可有效防止托换梁变形、发生位移和产生裂缝,避免过载的问题,能提高可操作性、顶升精准性、顶升质量及施工安全性。
