Broken pile underpinning and jacking construction method
The invention provides a broken pile underpinning and jacking construction method. The broken pile underpinning and jacking construction method comprises the following steps that a working hole is dug in an upper-layer wall body of a broken pile; drilling holes downwards in a building bottom plate at the position of the original engineering pile, wherein the original engineering pile is used as a broken pile; drilling the top of the broken pile to form a broken pile drill hole; a steel pipe is inserted into the broken pile drill hole; a cementing material is poured on the outer side of the steel pipe to fill the first bottom plate through hole; jacking devices connected with a building bottom plate are installed on the two sides of the broken pile; the jacking device is used for driving a building bottom plate and a top superstructure of the building bottom plate to be integrally jacked; grouting is conducted through the steel pipe, and the interior of the steel pipe and a gap between the broken pile drill hole and the building bottom plate are filled with the injected grout; and the jacking device is dismantled, and the working hole is blocked. Compared with a traditional scheme that the pile is broken under the bottom plate, the construction speed is high, the compression bearing capacity of an original pile foundation can be fully exerted, and additional foundation reinforcement is not needed. And auxiliary measures for underpinning and jacking can be reduced.
本发明提供了一种断桩托换顶升施工方法,包括如下步骤:在断桩上层墙体中开凿工作洞口;在原有工程桩位置处的建筑底板上向下进行钻孔,原有工程桩作为断桩;于断桩顶部钻孔形成断桩钻孔;于断桩钻孔内插入钢管;在钢管外侧浇筑胶凝材料以填充第一底板通孔;在断桩两侧安装与建筑底板相连的顶升装置;利用顶升装置带动建筑底板及其顶部上层建筑的整体顶升;通过钢管进行注浆,注入的浆液填充钢管内部以及断桩钻孔与建筑底板之间的缝隙;拆除顶升装置,对工作洞口进行封堵。相比传统底板下断桩方案,本发明施工速度快,可充分发挥原桩基抗压承载力,不用再另外进行基础加固。可减少托换顶升的辅助措施。
