By means of the structure, the clamping and fixing mechanism is firmly clamped onto the tower of the climbing frame, the climbing frame jackingdevice abuts against the clamping and fixing mechanism, and jacking is conducted at the bottom of the climbing frame, so that part of the weight of the climbing frame is shared, the stability of theclimbing frame in the lifting process can be enhanced, the number of stabilizing devices needed on the outer wall face can be reduced, and the cost is reduced.
