Thus, by arranging the water level information detection module on the parking space ground lock, water level information can be detected in real time through the ground lock, and the intelligent level of the ground lock is improved. Moreover, the water level information detected by the ground lock is transmitted to the target equipment, so that the target equipment can carry out water-immersion monitoringon the vehicle parked in the parking space to which the ground lock belongs. Thus, when the vehicle has a water-immersion safety risk, a user can take treating measures in time, and the safety of thevehicle is improved.
