The invention discloses a novel rock wool material which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20-45 parts of basalt sand, 20-45 parts of dolomite sand, 5-10 parts of an adhesive, 3-8 parts of dustproof oil, 5-12 parts of a water repellent, 8-12 parts of rigid foam polyurethane, 10-20 parts of polymer adhesive mortar, 8-15 parts of thermal insulation mortar and 4-12 parts of polymerplastering anti-crack mortar. According to the novel rock wool material disclosed by the invention, the rigid foam polyurethane and the rock wool are compounded together, and experiments show that the rock wool material added with the rigid foam polyurethane can greatly reduce the K value of the heat transfer coefficient of an outer wall, and meets the technical indexes of ultralow-energy-consumption buildings.
本发明公开了一种新型岩棉材料，包括以下质量份数，玄武岩砂20～45份、白云岩砂20～45份、粘结剂5～10份、防尘油3～8份、憎水剂5～12份、硬泡聚氨酯8～12份、聚合物粘结砂浆10～20份、保温砂浆8～15份、聚合物抹面抗裂砂浆4～12份。本发明公开的一种新型岩棉材料，将硬泡聚氨酯与岩棉复合在一起，经实验表明，添加硬泡聚氨酯的岩棉材料可以大大降低外墙传热系数K值，符合超低能耗建筑技术指标。
