The invention discloses an automatic stone surface rust removing device which comprises a vehicle body, a working cavity with a downward opening is formed in the vehicle body, a belt cavity is formedin the right side of the working cavity, a motor is fixedly arranged on the right wall of the belt cavity, the left end of the motor is in power connection with a motor shaft, and the motor shaft leftwards extends into the working cavity; rust spots generated on the stone ground can be removed, a rust remover is sprayed to the ground where the rust spots are located, then a rag is used for downwards abutting against the rust spots, after the rust remover is absorbed, rotational friction is conducted on the surfaces of the rust spots, and therefore the rust remover is fully driven to react withthe rust spots and wipe off the rust spots; and then the rag absorbing the rust remover and the rust stains is driven to move into the working cavity, the rust remover on the rag is extruded out andrecycled, so that rust spots are prevented from being generated again due to the fact that the rust remover is left on the ground, secondary rust removal is facilitated, full-automatic rust removal does not need manpower, time and labor are saved, and convenience and rapidness are achieved.
本发明公开的一种石材表面锈斑自动清除装置，包括车体，所述车体内设有开口向下的工作腔，所述工作腔右侧设有皮带腔，所述皮带腔右壁固设有电机，所述电机左端动力连接有电机轴，所述电机轴向左延伸入所述工作腔内，本发明能够对石材地面上产生的锈斑进行去除，通过对锈斑处的地面喷洒除锈剂，再使用抹布向下抵在锈斑上，吸收除锈剂后在锈斑表面转动摩擦，以充分带动除锈剂与锈斑反应并擦去锈渍，随后带动吸收了除锈剂与锈渍的抹布移入工作腔内，将抹布上的除锈剂挤出并回收，以防止除锈剂残留地面而导致再次产生锈斑，并且以便于进行再一次的除锈，全自动除锈无需人工，省时省力方便快捷。
