The novel canvas type grout stopping bag comprises a ring body, a grouting pipe, an anchor cable and epoxy resin, a second isolation support is fixed to the upper end of the ring body, a first isolation support is fixed to the lower end of the ring body, a grouting hole is formed in the ring body, a filling cavity is formed in the outer side of the ring body, a grout bag is arranged on the outer side of the filling cavity, a grouting pipe hole and an anchor cable hole are formed in the second isolation support,the grouting pipe hole is located in the left side of the anchor cable hole, and geotechnical cloth strips are arranged on the inner side face of the grouting pipe hole and the inner side face of theanchor cable hole. In the anchor cable grouting link, an anchor cable grouting grout stopping ring is improved, an air bag type grout stopping ring is replaced with a grout-filling canvas grout stopping bag, the grout stopping bag is filled with grout during grouting of the inner anchor section by cutting a notch in the grout stopping bag, the grout stopping effect is achieved, and the anchor cable grouting quality is guaranteed; and the one-time inspection qualification rate of anchor cable grouting reaches 100%, and the construction level is improved.
本发明公开了一种新型帆布式止浆包及使用方法，包括环体、注浆管、锚索和环氧树脂，所述环体的上端固定有第二隔离支架，且环体的下端固定有第一隔离支架，所述环体的内部开设有注浆孔，且环体的外侧设置有加注腔，所述加注腔的外侧设置有浆包，所述第二隔离支架的内部开设有注浆管孔和锚索孔，且注浆管孔位于锚索孔的左侧，所述注浆管孔和锚索孔的内侧面均设置有土工布条。本发明在锚索注浆环节，通过改良锚索注浆止浆环，采用充浆式帆布止浆包替代了气囊式止浆环，通过止浆包内切割缺口，在内锚段注浆时充满止浆包，起到止浆作用，确保了锚索注浆质量；使锚索注浆一次检验合格率达到了100％，提高施工水平。
