The invention discloses a fixing construction method of section steel beams in a steel reinforced concrete composite structure. The fixing construction method comprises the steps that after a scaffoldis erected and a formwork at the top of the scaffold is paved, the sizes and the positions of auxiliary pieces are selected according to the sizes and the mounting positions of the section steel beams, the auxiliary pieces are near the joint of the section steel beams and a column body, the positions of the auxiliary pieces are marked on the formwork, the heights of the auxiliary pieces are equalto the distance between the bottom surfaces of the section steel beams and the top surface of the formwork, and the tops of the auxiliary pieces at least can cover the bottom surfaces of the sectionsteel beams, and supporting seats are distributed at the bottom; after the auxiliary pieces are placed at the marked position, the section steel beams are hoisted, positioning and welding of the section steel beams and the column body are completed, and the section steel beams are supported on the auxiliary pieces in the welding process; and after the section steel beams and the column body are welded, the section steel beams and the auxiliary pieces are welded and fixed, the gravity of the section steel beams is dispersed through the auxiliary pieces, and damage of the section steel beams tothe column body joint is avoided. The fixing construction method of the section steel beams in the steel reinforced concrete composite structure improves the mounting efficiency, the bearing capacityand the construction safety of the section steel beams.
本发明公开了一种型钢混凝土组合结构中型钢梁的固定施工方法,搭设完脚手架且铺设完脚手架顶部的模板后,根据型钢梁的尺寸和安装位置选择辅助件的尺寸和位置,辅助件的位置在型钢梁与柱体的交接处附近,在模板上标记辅助件的位置,辅助件的高度等于所在位置处型钢梁底面与模板顶面的间距,辅助件的顶部至少能覆盖所在位置处型钢梁底面、底部分布有支撑座;将辅助件放置在标记的位置后,吊装型钢梁并完成型钢梁与柱体的定位和焊接,型钢梁在焊接过程中支撑在辅助件上;型钢梁与柱体焊接完成后,将型钢梁与辅助件焊接固定,通过辅助件分散型钢梁的重力,避免型钢梁对柱体交接处的损坏。该方法提高了型钢梁的安装效率、承载能力和施工安全。
