The invention relates to the technical field of building structure engineering, in particular to a construction method of a steel reinforced concrete composite structure, which comprises the following steps of: deeply designing a steel reinforced concrete composite structure by adopting three-dimensional software, positioning each bar penetrating node on a steel reinforced concrete beam column in a deep design stage, and determining the information of each bar penetrating node; on site, according to node information recorded in the three-dimensional model, profile steel beam columns and reinforcement cages are installed, node steel bars are connected with the profile steel beam columns, the profile steel columns are reinforced, meanwhile, an adjustable reinforcing system and a beam clamp are adopted for reinforcing formworks wrapping the profile steel columns and the profile steel beams, and then concrete pouring is conducted. The technical defect that in the prior art, beam column steel bar joints are difficult to determine is overcome, and the positions of the steel bar joints are rapidly determined in the construction process; the overall strength and construction efficiency of the steel reinforced concrete composite structure are effectively improved on the basis that the stability and structural strength of the overall structure of the section steel beams and the section steel columns are guaranteed.
