The novel autoclaved aerated concrete plate reinforcement preservative comprises the following components in mass percent: 45%-55% of carboxylic butadiene-styrene latex, 1.0%-2.0% of iron oxide red, 2.5%-4%of cement, 30%-40% of a thickening agent, 2.5%-4.5% of silica fume, 3.5%-4.5% of a defoaming agent and 0.1%-0.5% of a dispersing agent. Sodium tripolyphosphate is used as a dispersing agent, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether is used as a thickening agent, the problems that a common thickening agent is difficult to dissolve in water and difficult to stir evenly are solved, the preparation time of the preservative is shortened, the compactness of a steel bar coating is guaranteed, and the binding power between the preservative and a steel bar is improved; and silica fume is used for replacingtraditional quartz sand, and a dispersing agent is added, so that the problem of preservative layering is effectively solved, and the uniformity of preservatives is guaranteed.
本发明公开一种新型蒸压加气混凝土板材配筋防腐剂及其制备方法,一种新型蒸压加气混凝土板材配筋防腐剂以质量百分比计,包括羧基丁苯胶乳45%‑55%、氧化铁红1.0%‑2.0%、水泥2.5%‑4%、增稠剂30%‑40%、硅灰2.5%‑4.5%、消泡剂3.5%‑4.5%、分散剂0.1%‑0.5%。本发明以三聚磷酸钠为分散剂,以羟丙基甲基纤维素醚为增稠剂,解决了普通增稠剂难溶于水、不易搅拌均匀的特性,缩短了防腐剂的制备时间,保证钢筋涂层的密实度,提高了防腐剂与钢筋之间的粘结力,而且在使用硅灰代替传统石英砂并加入分散剂,有效解决了防腐剂分层问题,保证了防腐剂的均一性。
